To visualize that a task is more important than others in the list, simply set it higher priority (1 to 3). This will make it easy to find it and distinguish from all the other tasks.

Any priority level can be assigned with the quick priority assignment shortcut, such as p1!p1, !!1 or priority 1 for priority 1, p2, !p2!!2 or priority 2 for priority 2, p3, !p3, !!3 or priority 3 for priority 3, or p4, !p4, !!4 or priority 4 for priority 4 (=no priority). Once you save the task, !!N or pN will be deleted from the text, and the item will be listed as priority N. For example:
