Change the color of a project

Brighten up and organize your Todoist by color-coding your projects. Here's how:

  1. Hover over the project you want to change and click on the three dot icon that appears to the right of its name.
  2. Select Edit project from the drop-down menu.
  3. Click the color dot next to the project name and select the color of your choice.
  4. Click Save.

  1. At the top left of your Todoist, tap the menu icon.
  2. At the bottom of your project list, tap Manage projects.
  3. Tap the project you want to change the color of.
  4. Tap the color dot/name and select the color of your choice.
  5. Tap the send icon in the top right.

  1. Swipe the name of the project you want to change the color of from right to left.
  2. Tap the pencil icon.
  3. Tap the color dot/name and select the color of your choice.

  1. Click on the project you want to change the color of.
  2. Click on the three dot icon in the top right.
  3. Select Edit project from the drop-down menu.
  4. Click the color square you would like to select.
  5. Click Save.
