Add a comment or file to a task

Save all the relevant task information – notes, links, files, audio recordings and more – right inside your tasks with comments. 

  1. Hover over a task and click the speech bubble that appears to the right to the task name.comments-web-comment.jpg
  2. Type a comment into the comment field.
  3. If you'd like, click on the paperclip icon to attach a file or click on the microphone icon to record an audio comment.
  4. If you're in a shared project, you can change who you'd like to notify about your comment. comments-web-notify.jpg
  5. When you're finished, click Add Comment.
  1. Tap on any task name.
  2. In the menu that appears at the bottom of your screen, tap the speech bubble icon.comments-android-comment.jpg
  3. If you'd like, tap the paperclip icon to upload a file or record an audio comment.
  4. Type a comment into the comment field.
  5. If you're in a shared project, you can select who you'd like to notify about your comment by tapping on the bell icon to the left.comments-android-notify2.jpg
  6. When you're finished, tap the send icon.

  6. When you're finished, tap Send.

You can add comments and attach files to projects too! Handy for saving higher-level project information in one place and sharing it with collaborators.
