What’s the problem?

If you’ve added a Todoist calendar feed to Outlook in the past when you were a Todoist Premium or Business member, and are no longer subscribed, Outlook won’t be able to load your Todoist calendar anymore.

Specifically, when you log in, you will see a pop-up requesting you to sign in to Todoist. But even if you try to sign in, you won’t have access to the feed as it is only available to Premium and Business members.

How do I get rid of the pop-up?

There are two ways to get rid of this pop-up:

Method 1: Renew your Premium subscription, enabling the calendar feed again.

Method 2: Remove Todoist’s calendar from Outlook:

  1. In Calendar, in the Folder Pane, right-click the name of the calendar that you want to delete.
  2. Click Delete Calendar.
  3. To confirm the deletion, click Yes.
