If you want to make sure a teammate doesn't forget a task, set a reminder for them.

When working on a shared project, you can set a reminder for someone else and they'll receive it at the date and time of your choosing using their default reminder method – email, text message, or push notification.

  1. When adding or editing a task in a shared project, click on the clock icon to the bottom right.
  2. In the text box, type in the date and time when you’d like the reminder to be sent.
  3. Click on the icon (mail or phone, depending on your default setting) to the right and select the person who you’d like to send the reminder to.
  4. Click Add reminder to save your reminder.
