Invite people to your Todoist Business account

If you're ready to invite more people to join your Todoist Business account, here’s how:

You have to be the team admin to invite people from the Todoist Business Admin panel.

Invite users by email

  1. Click on the gear icon in the top right.
  2. Select Todoist Business Admin.
  3. Go to the Users tab.
  4. Click Invite users.
  5. Enter the email addresses of the users you’d like to invite and click Send invites.

Invite users by sharing an invite link

You can also invite users by sharing an invite link.

  1. Click on the gear icon in the top right.
  2. Select Todoist Business Admin.
  3. Go to the Users tab.
  4. Click Invite users.
  5. Click Invite people by giving them a special link.
  6. You can then copy the URL and send it to whomever you want to invite. After they click the link, they’ll have the ability to join your Todoist Business account.
